Overview

MOWRAM M&E is a comprehensive Monitoring & Evaluation system developed for the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology of Cambodia. The platform enables efficient management and oversight of development partner projects and government-funded initiatives, providing end-to-end tracking from project planning through execution to financial reporting.

The system supports multiple stakeholders including Project Directors, Project Managers, Procurement Officers, Finance Teams, and Administrators, each with role-specific workflows and dashboards.
